Born and raised in Los Angeles and now rooted deep in Texas soil, our founder brought West Coast flavor to Southern flavor when she launched Tha Rib Crib in 2022. After discovering a secret weapon that transforms BBQ ribs, brisket, and soul food into something unforgettable, she turned her passion into a purpose: Serving more than just great BBQ. With a dream to open a brick-and-mortar and a fire that won’t quit, she’s on a mission to share her love for food with the community.
